1. Initiate the process by sending an SMS with the text eSIM<>registered email id to 121.
2. A) If your email id is valid, you’ll receive an SMS from 121 confirming the process initiation. Reply with “1” within 60 seconds to confirm the eSIM change request.
   B) If your email id is invalid, you’ll receive an SMS from 121 prompting you to restart the process with the correct email id. The message will also provide guidance on how to update your email id.
3. Once you’ve confirmed the step “2” via SMS, you’ll receive another SMS from 121, prompting you to give consent over a phone call. Without this consent, the SIM change request will be canceled.
4. After providing consent during the call, a final SMS from 121 will inform you about the upcoming QR Code, which will be sent to your registered email id.

STEP 2:
QR Code Reception on Your Registered Email ID Following Completion of Step 1

Once Step 1 is successfully concluded, a QR Code will be sent to your registered email id. The eSIM activation process typically takes approximately 2 hours. It is vital to promptly scan the QR Code upon receiving it. Your current SIM will remain functional throughout this period.

STEP 3:
Scan the QR Code received on your registered email id and Please follow the below instructions for scanning your QR Code for specific mobile.

Click on “Settings” > Select “Mobile Data” > Click on “Add Data Plan” > “Scan QR code” received on mail (Ensure phone is connected to mobile data/Wi-Fi while scanning) > Label eSim (Under “Label for your new plan” Section).

Click on “Settings” > Select “Network & Internet” >Click on Wi-Fi > Connect to a Wi-Fi Network (Mandatory) > Click on “Mobile Network” > Click on “Advanced” > Click on “Carrier” Click on > “Add Carrier” > Scan QR code received on mail (Ensure phone is connected to Wi-Fi while scanning) > Post scanning Click on “Download” > Post Download Click on “Done”

For QR Code Scanning Samsung Mobile:
Click on “Settings” > Select “Connections” >Click on “SIM Card Manager” > Click on “Add Mobile Plan” > Click on “Add Using QR Code” Scan QR code received on email (Ensure Wi-Fi or Mobile Data is available on the Samsung device to scan QR Code on Mobile Data) > Post scanning Click on “Add” in “Add new mobile plan” option.
